With over 15 years of experience, I work with families from diverse backgrounds through the intricacies of academic, social/emotional, and career navigation. I earned a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Connecticut, an M.A. in Sociology, a school counseling certification from Concordia University, and an Ed.S. in Educational Leadership at National Louis University. My career trajectory, from academic advising in higher education to my true calling in school counseling and career coaching, allows me to make remarkable strides in urban and suburban educational settings. I led departments to attain Recognized ASCA Model Program status, employing a data-driven approach and fostering relationships, demonstrating my unwavering commitment to student outcomes. I cherish moments watching football with his family, exploring new destinations, and experiencing all that the world offers in terms of food, walking, jogging, cycling, and fostering connections through mentoring.
