Dr. Craig E. Ullom, former vice president and senior student affairs officer at both public and private institutions, has diverse experience in virtually every dimension of higher education including: orientation and transition programs, residence life, student activities and leadership, health and counseling services, teaching undergraduate and graduate level courses, career development, international education, crisis management, public safety, and parent programs.
Craig holds a Master’s degree in Counseling and Student Affairs and Doctorate in Adult and Continuing Education. His career includes working at the University of Georgia, the University of Miami, Hendrix College, the University of Central Florida, Ohio Wesleyan University and the Institute for Shipboard Education.
Recognized as a leader in the field of student life, Craig has been coaching parents and students to achieve successful outcomes for over 30 years. As a parent of a college graduate and a high school senior, he blends personal experience with an insider’s view of higher education to provide candid and distinctive perspectives and advice about college life beyond the classroom.
